mp3 or wav to real tone

anyone know any program to convert mp3 and wav files to real tones to play in my nokia 6600 ? i mean there's the portal form my operator in portugal = OPTIMUS but i have to pay 3€ :-o for each realtone i download ... it kind of sucks ya know.. :sad:

Go to forum.nokia.com, registration is free
Download Nokia Multimedia Converter 2.0
Request a serial number there(just do a search "serial number")

Check your mail, theres the serial number.
Install nokia multimedia converter.

Go to Start,Programs,Nokia Developer Tools, Nokia Multimedia Converter

Open an Mp3, convert it , and you have a .AMR file which is real tone

or send a mp3 to ur fone via pc suite file transfer. it will convert to wav for u. put wav in sounds/digital folder to set as ringtone.
