Screen Distortion HELP ME!!!

Can anybody help me, I dropped my 9210i and now the side of the inner screen is a distorted grey colour I know the screen is not completely ruined because when the main screen changes, so does the intensity of the distortion. I took the front off and tried to see if the ribbon cables were ok but it didn't make any difference. I can't even find a decent place on the internet to get a repair done. Can anybody help me fix it or tell me somewhere that can do a good honest cheap repair for me.
