Battery status after charging: Netmonitor's 20 window

Sometimes when the battery is charged, in netmonitor's 20 window in "charging mode"shows MaBFD instead FullM as usualy. What does this mean? I also noticed, what in this case the voltage is higher (abuot 4.5V against 4.4V when FullM is displayed)

MaBFD is maintainance charging, this is the step that is after FullM, it might charge the battery more, but it is maily for maintaining the same voltage after the battery is full.
