Nokia 6600 call cost settings

Where can i find the call cost settings on Nokia 6600

that feature s networek dependent o2 dont suport t not sure about the others

i know that is network dependent
when i put the sim in other phone i shows the call cost
i have turn on that feature on mu network
but when i put it on my nokia there is no call cost
Also i cannot find the setting for this in 6600 :-?
