firmware upgrade 7650 via bluetooth...

is it possible to upgrade version 3.16 to some new via bluetooth or ic?
if is possible how do i do that?
in my country we dont have services to upgrade then we must do it on our own...please help thanks in advance

this is not possible. you need to flash the roms with the flash files from nokia.

u cant flash wif bt, u need flashing equipment which can cost quite a bit, post in flashing section on tis forum for ans u wan there, i figured it might b clearer there.
