nokia 7650 system error please help:(

please help me my nokia 7650 won`t start
I try *#7370# nothing same shit system error .....?
after 15seconds i have some functions but when i open any app i get "system error" and i can`t write letters only numbers....?
here what hepend... i change the sim card normaly whit new one and i get that massage.and then i put back the old sim card same shit "system error" 50 % of system apps
is still working but 1st time when i open it i get system error.......please any help ..........thanks in advance

U need to format the user area. U can do it in 2 ways. Use a tool like griffin,tornado,twister,prodigy etc etc or try this:

Keep pressed *,3 and green button and the POWER ON THE PHONE ,after couple of seconds it should start formatting the phone.

i use seleq and i delete all the files from my phone and now phon is working.......what hepend?
when i format my phone for the first time in manager box i have two files installed (biomassage.sis,nokia7650.sis)
this two files fuckup my phone.then i delete thise two files and phone is restarting normaly...thanks for support :)
