help needed

i have downloaded the ir remote onto my n-gage and when i open it it shuts down with just the nokia sign at ther bottom of the screen have i downloaded the wrong help!!!!!!

Hmm...do have the latest one? Total IR Remote 1.41?

Ok you can get the latest version in www.aivanet.com

Start installing the application then choose to install it in your phone memory.
When your installing finish, restart your phone then try opening the application.

If the problem still happen then formating the phone maybe the solution because it happened to my 6600 and i formated it then the applicaion worked fine with me.
