Text to speech software for the partially sighted?

I am looking for a demo / download / full application, that can be used with 9210i communicator, for middle aged lady, who is partially sighted.

This is text to speech synthisis software to allow menu system, contacts, sms, email to be naviagted, read out loud and enjoyed.

can anyone help me, or tell me whare i can obtain this, maybe free download, or even a retail product with price?
