S45 Update Problem

This is my problem:

When I try to update software on my S45 (it is sw version 07) I get this message:

--> Update not possible.Wrong SW-version!

That is message when I use UpdateTool by Siemens.


I tried to use and WinSWUP v.1.21 with sw version 26 and I got this message (S45 IS connected to COM2)

--> Cant connect to Mobile with BootstrapLoader on Com 2


Am I doing something wrong or it is problem with my phone???
