REMOTE S60 problem

Hi again guys!

Am it again! ;) always coming up with some probs or other!!

Now this time i am using my nokia as web cam with REMOTE S60 and SOFTCOM and MAN ITS AWSUM!!! :D For this i switch on camera preview in REMOTE S60 PRO and use softcam to capture it from there! :D

But then now I gotta a problem :( In REMOTE S60 when i turn it on in the PC after hooking up the fone thru bluetooth and launching RS60 in d fone too the display in pc is not as it is in my cell in terms of colors!! :mad: It juzz shows red green blue and white colors not actual 65k (am using Nokia 3660)

How do i solve this? In the PC REMOTE S 60 in option it has 4096 as default and i cnanot select 65k even as it shows it as option but cant be chosen!!

Lemme plz know how the display in REMOTE S 60 would appear as it appears in my fone too with same colors and good display!

hmmm i am using softcam 1.411 and Win XP pro,but noce i use my msn to detect my web cam,win xp auto hangs....any advice?

Umm punjabi used Remote S60 with my old 7650 a long time ago when i had that phone and i think it's a limitation of the remote s60 software, that it is unable to display higher resolution colour depths..

Not that i know off., you could always wait for a while, i'm sure the makers of Remote S60 will come up with a new version of their product..

After yr post i got in touch with developer Ole and he was kind enough to let me know that yes that is known bug for older version when connected with 65k fones.

Upon this he gave me th following links to the newer version of remote S60 which upon testing are working juzz fine with the fone :D
