6600 ringtone problems

hi there having problems with my phone it will only play the nokia ringtone
dosnt matter what i set it to
tryed resetting it but still the same
any ideas help me please

are u sure ur using the current profile u changed to ringtone in? coz the profiles can have diff ringtones, so if ur using general make sure uve changed it in general

yes iam sure ive even tried to change them all
no matter what tone i pick it plays the nopkia one

whoa, sounds like a firmware fault? maybe u might wanna flash the fone at nokia?

could be that your phone is using line 2 and not line 1?

also could be something wrong with the particular ringtone file you have selected.. and don't move the file after you've selected.. basically it seems to revert to the nokia ringtone when theres anything wrong with your setup..

if all else fails use filemanager or something and switch the filenames around so whatever you want is called nokia ring tone (whatever it is actually called) though i wouldnt do that myself...

well, try placing the ringtone u wan in the sounds/digital folder on ur fone mem, not the mmc, see if it works.
