HELP! my 3650 wont turn on or charge!

Each time I try to switch on the phone, the Nokia logo comes and then fades away, along with a horizontal line whose location keeps changing. This happens thrice after which the phone switches off automatically.
Does anybody have any clue as to what could be happening?
but without the mmc it works fine. i was installing the photographer cracked when it shut down.

flash the phone !!!! :D

no need to flash the fone, since the prob is wif ur mmc.

format ur fone, contacts will b gone, (and all stuFF) den try format mmc wif the fone. if u cant format mmc wif fone, try formatting wif a digicam tt reads mmc media...

what do you mean by safe mode? how do i do that?

i have'nt use my mmc for a month now! they told me to bring it to the nokia center but the problem is it's 1 1/2 hrs drive!

it will be a great help if it works again!

i've just tried holding the pencil icon i think thats the "safemode" mode right! but nothing happend it jst show the nokia icon and fades away! am i doing it right?

like u mentioned earlier, the fone works wifout the mmc in it, so the prob is wif the mmc.

sometimes computers crash, our fones are kinda like mini computers, so they crash too. my mmc crashed too b4, and the nice shop owner replaced mine foc, den formatted the mmc wif a digicam, to show me tt the mem is corrupt or sth.

or u can find any devices tt can read and format mmc, or u can get a mmc card reader and format it.

it also will happen to my 7650, it happen bcoz i download some files to the phone and file size is bigger than my empty space after that my hp became like your...

1.try to delete some files in your phone not in mmc to have bigger empty space..... Still the same try this way
U must have memory card reader and computer using windows XP(i only try it on XP)
a:to repair mmc card without losing all the memory
1.try to download all the memory in mmc but u must not rearange the files place and the names in it.
2. after copying all the files then try to format your mmc with computer..when it done u eject mmc and put it back to your phone and format mmc again
3.when it done take out the mmc and plug it back to the comp.u must turn off your phone first before unplug the mmc.Then copy back all files from comp to the mmc without changing anything.more easy to say is put all the the files to his original place.then choose eject .Never unplug it without eject from the card reader.
now your mmc with back to normal without losing any files.

Is formatting the phone same with "restore factory settings"? if not, how do you do this? I have Unwanted programs to be uninstalled and I want my phone to go back to it's "just got it frome the store" condition. Thanks!

if u're using a 6600, switch off fone, hold 3, * and the call button, den power on, keep holding till u see a format screen.

@slip, nokia is ur nxt best bet.

well after waiting for two weeks i finally got my mmc back from nokia center tru mail. yup it works great!!!!! :lol: tnx for all d advice guys!!! they said my mmc card was toast coz of those cracked softwares..........

i wouldnt say its toast... shit happens ya noe, i got tt prob twice, 1st time was serious, cant format wif fone, 2nd time, and i had to format my fone, dunno wat caused tis prob thou.

can it b a mmc crash?
