hi i have a 3330 with a blank line tunning right accross the screen, there is no text or anything, its like the screen has been split in 2, is this a straight forward screen change??

Yep -most likely,however try cleaning contacts first with pure alcohol,but 99% of the time the lcd has gotten a knock and is damaged.
