take out mmc, see if it works.

if it doesnt, u might haf to format ur fone. otherwise, the mmc is corrupt or sth, format it wif another device.

i was wondering, wat did u do to ur ngage?

I always use it as an alarm clock and when it turned itself on this morning it just came up with the error and no alarm.......hence i was late for work

I have just formatted it with the *#7370# code and it seems to be ok now.
Pain in the arse having to put fexplorer back on it tho but luckily my brother's got a 6600 so I managed to bluetooth it across.
The memory card seems ok so i don't know what the problem was caused by.

Hate to say this but

maybe a trip to Nokia Care Centre?

(I hate my Nokia Care Centre, its inner city ... can't park the car. Damnit! Have to pay something like AUD$10 for parking for an hour, and a re-flash of firmware means 3 hours. You know how the rest of the story goes ...)

He used the *#7370#. It wasn't a serious problem then, as in, the phone doesn't even get to the point where you can use the code.

No I didn't know, but to prevent having the same problem again i've installed fexplorer onto a spare memory card.
I just hope i never need it!
