whats everyone think of this phone compared to nokia symbian, such as 3650? i just gone one and i like it, but the menus are not near as intuitive. they make it alot more difficult to get in and out of mms. and i cant believe th camera is not as good. my 3650 takes BETTER pics FOR SURE! kinda crazy for a 800 dollar phone!
whats everyone think??

Based on pics I've seen on the Internet, I think the P900 is bigger and fatter than Nokia phones. Even bigger than 6600 in fact.
Yes, 6600/3650/7650 have good navigation and menu set-outs. Haven't used or even held a P900 yet, but I bet its harder. I've seen my friend's Sony Ericsson T610, and it is Extremely hard for me to get use to.
I guess if i own one, I'd get used to it in about 2 or 3 days

Interesting, i dont hear that many complaints about the p900...
Do you really think that the picture quality is worse than the Nokia's..?

well, i seen sites comparing pix, and yea, gotta agree the p900 aint tt great, even 3650 was better.
but then again, its still a good fone. 1 bad thing is tt the parts cost a bit, like the mem stick. another thing is the fone itself is v ex, not really worth buying i tink.
unless u can get it cheap, otherwise i tink a symbian nokia fone shld make do.

Yeah the P900 is a Symbian phone. Until Sony-Ericsson bring out a new phone with a better quality camera, the 6600 is a better phone IMO.

symbian UIQ on SE fones are diff from symbian os 6.0/7.0 of nokia. so is the difference in the communicator symbians os.
and im not sure if p900 and p800 softwares are the same, but check out the link in my siggy, sign up in the forum and check out the other gsm links thread, loads and loads of links there.

the more i played with it , the more i love it. it is WAY better than my nokias (3650/NGAGE) I dont have 6600. but the touchscreen and AWESOME MMS functions make it so much better. And although, the camera is not as good with pics, the video is better. Strange huh! overall, i would recommend everyone get one, after a week youll be hooked!!!!

there is a new phone released by SE just a couple of days ago called the S700. the S700 has a 262k color screen and the design i slike the mitac mio e688. this phone features a 240X320 pixel screen and the best feature is that it has a 1.3 mega pixel camera with a flash and night mode in built. frm the back it looks like a sony digital camera and the camera also has a shutter
all th edetaisl can be found on www.sonyericsson.com or on www.gsmarena.com

Yeah but that phone is not a symbian phone, which limits its usefulness. But it has a new 3d-gaming system or something.
