9110 internal error

hello ppl..

i don't know what i can do.. i have this error since i put batery open the phone and on the big screen after logo of 9110 says internal error and only have one thing that says reboot i click there.. reboots but it happends the same thing.. any help herE??
how can i format.. ive tried ctrl+f wen starts but doesn.t work..

exists any code like *#7375# or something like similar dct4 format..

any prog like nokia tool or eeprom tools.. ?

u reamove battery from phone.
insert it back...and verry fast use those keys

u will see format message on the screen of the phone
