N-gage problem ...

I have a problem with my n-gage i cant get nokia pc suite to detect it
i don't have a bluetooth or infrared so i am using usb, but how can i make it work ?

you need a bluetooth connection device to connect the ngage to a pc. to connect to the pc u need to use the usb

i think what he means is u need a usb port in ur computer so u could plug in the bluetooth flash drive into the usb port and connect it from there, that can be done with IR too. I don't know if n-gage uses a data cable but if it does then u can go get one and use it to connect to com port in ur computer. :D i don't think ngage has usb port :lol:

Just drag and drop the files in windows explorer.
PCSuite does not work without bluetooth and N-Gage does not have any InfraRed. You can not connect your N-Gage with PCSuite without a BlueTooth module on your pc.

Yep, I made that same mistake when I first got my N-Gage.

Windows XP is good because it automatically finds your N-Gage, then its like a mini hard drive.

so i don't have a chance to use my pc suite with the usb cable and i am out of money till the end of the mount so i got to wait ... And yes the n-gage has a usb cable like thingie :P
Windows 2000 does the same with the minidrive btw

Yeah pretty much, you can just copy and paste the files onto your MMC, if of course you have one, because the USB cable can only see the MMC card.

that shouldn't be a problem. Every N-Gage comes with a 32mb mmc with a game installed on it. And if you didn't get that with your N-Gage.. You got ripped off! :D

geez, i din get a 32 mb mmc too. but my frend who got the ngage at a diff time got a 64 mb mmc, double boo-hoo...

but 32, 64 or 128 wun b enough man, hehe.... still cant find 512 in sg, and i got no credit cards to order from overseas :sad:

u need a mmc in ur fone b4 u can use the cable. den u can use ur fone like a removable drive wif the mmc in it.

not quite...u see the newer deals give u 3 free games but no mmc.

My N-Gage didn't come with anything, No MMC, and no games.

My ex-ngage came with N-Gage and the normal accessories, with a free Tony Hawks Pro Skater game.

I just sold the game on Ebay for a cheaper price than usual, and kept the Plastic Card Case for myself :D - even though my n-gage is gone and i have a 6600 as its successor ...
