new screen = no normal sound?

ok here's the go:
about a month ago i found my nokia 3650's screen cracked so i ordered a new screen. I finally got it today and there's a problem with the sound after installing it. I get no keypad tones and i can't hear any sound while on a phone call EXCEPT if i press 'loudspeaker'. Can someone please help me!!!

don't worry i found the problem! you have to dig the minispeaker OUT of the old screen and put it into the new one!...gee they try and really make it hard...
