Nokia 6600 and Silent/SMS-problem

Am I the only one having problems with Nokia 6600 in the "Silent" mode ???

Ringing type = Silent
Ringing Volume = lowest
Message alert tone = off
Vibrating Alert = on

When Receiving a a SMS-message the phone does not vibrate. Why ??? It only vibrates when Message Alert tone is BEEP...but then the phone is not SILENT :-(

Any suggestions of how to correct that ????

i think its a bug with the firmware...

to fix it, make a new silent midi and make it play that instead of not playing anything. be sure to make it long enough tho coz the vibration will stop when the ringtone stops
