Please Help!!!!!!

Hi All just bought / recived my (DCT4FLASH) from ucables with a cd full of files, all fitted and installed ? i got the privalidge (spelling ??? lol) error message up so i installed userport (i think ive done it right?) which sorted that error message only to get another one now saying mbus doesnt respond! ? :sad:
i've tried WINDCT4 2.0 and DCT$ FLASHER PRO FOR WINDOWS 2002 V3.0
and DCT4 FLASHER 2002 V1.25 ?

all of the above apps keep showing me the error message :-? :-?
i'm running win xp pro and tryin to flash a dead 6310i an don't have a clue what to do next???????

please help
