3310 turn OFF when make a call

My 3310 (HW:1021 by netmonitor) are OK in stand by mode, but, when I make a call, if the batery not is complet full (4 bars) the phone turn OFF after 1 or 2 minutes. When I turn ON the phone, it´s show 2 or 3 batery bar. I think this appears after the phone drop in the floor. This is not the autooff noticed in any hardware because this is only before HW:818.
What´s the problem? If possible, post a image of the hardware.

I Have seen this problem 3 or 4 times...I can tell U for sure its not conector or PA.....Next time when something like this come in my hands HAgar is the one that Ill blame..

its not tht sergo but in 90%cases it works if u change the battery and sometimes it is those capacitors & resistors near the clock crystal
