My Nokia 7250 Wont Switch On- HELP

Hi ppl, i making a fone call and the battery went flat and now the fone wont turn on or charge! anyone know what the problem is and how it can be fixed? any help would be great...

Measure the voltage of the battery..if its low than 3.3V phone will not start to charge....simple solution is to regarge it manualy with DC power supply till it comes to 3.6V and than put it in Ur phone..
