Cell info display

Hi ..
I have a nokia 3315, and my operator has got a special feature. Whenever I turn my cell info display on, and disable the screensaver, I get the name of the place where I'm located. The name changes as soon as move to some new place.

Are there any FBUS commands to get this place name ..
Also what are the fbus commands to get the phone version, imei no.

nothing for cell info, that is to do with the cell bass stations in your area..
