can some one please help or direct me to the instructions for installing citymaps and how to get it to find the map on the phone

I downloaded the program and london and it never seems to work

please help


first u install the citymap-software.
when u have done that the there will be no maps in the program.

after that send over the london-map to ur phone.
then it should ask u if u want to install it(like any software installation),
and then u press yes.
then the map should be installed,
and u can open the citymaps-software and the map should be there.
