please help deaf & dumb newbie

1. I want to know how to delete the nokia ring tones from my 3210 to
enable me to load my own ring tones.

2. My phone (3210) ring very soft although the tone is clear but when i
listen to someone i can hardly hear them and the sound is muffled

just one question?, if your deaf and dumb then what good is a phone to you, i mean, you cant talk in the mouthpiece and you cant hear from the earpiece, and you wont hear the alert for a text message,

are you telling me you don't know anything about SMS's bro?Besides i still need help with my ring tone volume and the irritating default nokia ring tones
