Hey Sjors, how ya doin'?
I'm from Belgium so as you know, I also speak Dutch.
I've bought my N-Gage in Belgium so it has Dutch, French and English.
The only thing you'll be able to do this will be by getting the firmware upgraded. They do that shit in a store called "The Phone House". You must've heard of it. Not all the "phone houses" do this. Just ask the dude/chick behind the desk if they can upgrade your N-Gage's firmware. If they can't, ask them where you can. I know "The Phone House" in Antwerp, Belgium provides this service. I've been asking the guy behind the computer over there how this all works. Pretty interesting stuff.
If you don't have a phone house in the neighbourhood. Then just ask around in phone stores. I don't know if the Netherlands have "Nokia Care Centres", that would be the perfect store to let this be done. We don't have them in Belgium...
Note: Make sure you don't forget the warranty papers. Otherwise it will cost you €20 (not so much but €0 is still cheaper! ;))
Good luck dude! Let us know if it all works out! :)
