Help. My Phone Is Locked

someone gave me a program called "phone secure". I installed it months ago and forgot about it. Yesteday I was reactivating an old sim card that I had when the phone started screaming and the screen displayed "Phone Locked". The phone secure app was showing in the background. Since then I have been to their website and have tried everything possible, but my phone is still locked. Is there anyway I can totally wipe my memory without using the data cable? I don't have a cable so that is not an option. My only salvation since then is that I can use my palm to send text and make calls via bluetooth. I can also receive calls but I can't receive text which is vital for me. Before you tell me to retrieve my text using my palm, I would love to but the symbian OS does not commnicate with the palm smoothly. All the palm apps I tried that can retrieve text messages do not work with my 3650.

I hate that Phone Secure crap. I installed it on the Nokia N-Gage. That was when I still had it. I used it for a day, didn't liked it and decided to uninstall it. It uninstalled successfully but that message still comes up with the phone is idle and locked.

I decided to do a *#7370# on the phone, but I forgot the check the battery. Screwed the thing up. Thank god the format still continued when I shoved the charger in ... whew! :rolleyes:

But this Phone Secure ... don't know how to deactivate. But I won't install it again ... Auto Lock is good enough for me ...
