Need serious help with nokia 3510i

Hey, my phone is blocked and it always tells me enter security code but i don't know what the code is since the phone wasn't always mine. Anyways I've tried all kinds of calculators but still it's locked, nothing seems to work. I even have a datacable but I don't really know what software to use so can anybody tell me please?

Network: I don't know on what network it is locked, how do I find out?
I think it's locked on Base, Belgium Base is the new name for Orange.
Anyone know any good software because i also have a cable. Pls help !!!!

default security code is 12345 or 00000. if it doesnt work, download Nokia Tool and read the security code from the phone.

I have already tried using nokia tool and other software but it can't recognize the phone. I think this is because it's the latest model v04.44.
I wanna use those calculators but how do I find out what network it's locked 2 ?
