Unlocked the 5210e but........

OK i unlocked my 5210e with both codes, the unlock went fine but whern i put my sim card in, after it comes on it says 'SIM card registration failed'.
i can go through the menus and stuff but there is no signal at all.

can anyone help?

The only time you get "Sim Registration Failed" is either when the phone has been barred or you have ported your number from one network to another and are trying to use the original sim. Unlocking it from the original network provider doesn't affect the bar whatsoever.
5210e is on Orange so call them and see why it's barred or take it back to where you got it.
