6600 msg help

ok can someone help me i got 2 6600's i got a prob with each
1-this phone only puts sms msgs in the sent folder not bluetooth or mms i been thru all settings but cant find anything anywhere has anyone else had this trub or knows how to correct it

2-this phone just displays the phone number of the person who sent a txt not there name from the address book but only sms it shows name from a mms and bluetooth

1) u mean, u wanna send the sms by bt? i dun really get wat u mean here.

2) well, try placing the whole number in, not juz the fone number, include the country code. tis is a prob faced wif 6600 users, u juz gotta live wif it.

1-it sends sms mms and bluetooth but only puts sms in the sent box not the bluetooth and mms msgs like my m8's 6600 does

2-it displays the name if i get an incoming mms or bluetooth but only displays the number on incoming sms mgs

when i send a sms it goes to the person i want it to and also into the sent folder so i know what sms goes to who after they are sent
but mms just send and are not saved anywhere but on the other phone they are also stored in the sent folder with the sms

well, strange prob , coz ur sms are saved, but not the mms.

u can try upgrading the firmware, to see if tis prob gets solved?

make sure u save sent msgs in ur messages settings, and make sure u type an amt big enough, juz in case it has reached the max amt to save, and cant save anymore.

I know a lot about messaging with the 6600 and could probably answer his question, but he plain can't speak properly. He should help himself, help us, help him.

i no this is a lill off topic but when i receve a sms,mms,or a blutooth message my 6600 doesent alert me, all it does is put the lil envolope in the righ hand corner. i have seen a few posts like this on other dites but they have never had replies... plzplpzlzplzplzpl i need help wiv dis!

try using another msg tone?

if u r using another ringtone, make sure its in the sounds/digital folder.
