Should i swap my n-gage for a 6600?

i'm seriously thinking about swapping my n-gage for a 6600, because the 6600 is much more like a phone, it's much smaller, and it has a camera built-in.
But mainly because u can play the n-gage-games on it as well,
but do they REALLY work smoothly on the 6600 ?

Has anyone else done this, swapping n-gage for 6600, is it worth it ?

Wait for n7610,it is coming soon,if u have the money or else get n6600 because it simply the BEST!(function/budget=Finest)

Im sure nokia 7610 will be able to run n-gage games...i don't know the exact amount of RAM.

And if you want a new symbian phone from nokia then wait for the 7610.

If the 7610 are much more faster and stable than 6600 then a will get it.

i donno bro cos i dont think ngage games gonna be cracked anymore ... so if u wanna play all the games comin i guess you better keep ur ngage

The 6600 can play only some N-Gage games, but not all. And they are not as smooth on the 6600 as they are on the N-Gage because of its graphics chip. 6600 has no radio either and i dunno about you but i need a radio :-o

The only thing the 6600 has that is desirable to the N-Gage is the camera (which aint that good at all) and theme support, but the N-Gage will get Themerizer when it is finished.

As for N-Gage games, once any new ones are released, rest assured crackers will crack it, though this is what is killing off the N-Gage. If people continue to download for free and not buy, sales will flop, game development will stop, the N-Gage will get no more games :evil: So please, by all means TRY first, but if you like it, buy it and support the N-Gage. If you dont like it, uninstall it.

my tip is get rid of that taco phone and get a 6600 it have camera can play n-gage games theme`s and it are a really stable phone and it has a 65k color screen and the picture your take are not to bad+you can play cam games++++!!!and for the guy that say buy n-gage games to support nokia if you think nokia not get to many $$$$$ for the n-gage games they sell your wrong!the real reason is that nokia not pay the game creators enough therfor the n-gage games are so mutch delayed but the games will be released anyway sometime in the future! and don`t say it are the cracker`s that are the reason for the delay it are nokia it self!and if they can`t handle that the games are cracked! what the h3ll are they doing in the console industri then? eks what about far cry on pc it take ages to create the game alot of hard work and once it are out it are cracked in no time! what do you think they will say? cry and not release any games anymore? but they take it and release even more good games! if they not can take it they have nothing in the buisness to do cracker`s are not the problem the problem are nokia that are a newbie in the game industri thats my point :rolleyes:

Anywayz, I have a opinion. As I have experienced both N-Gage and 6600, I come to this conclusion:

- Nokia 6600: Nice design, smallest of Symbians atm and is great. Lots of features but pity it doesn't have stereo, radio or mp3s. The camera is alright, but quality depends on the location of your light source.

- Nokia N-Gage: Was my solution until I was disrespected at school (and ended up stolen :-o ). Was great for games, mp3 and radio. Phone-talking as taco-shape was wierd but I bought a HDW-2 to solve that problem

What is my phone now? Nokia 6600. I have a few JAR and mostly SIS files as games. Yes, 6600 has a camera and I like it that way. As for mp3 and radio, I just bought a Nokia HDR-1 Music Player. So I will soon be able to have basically the features of N-Gage and 6600 combined (with whole heaps of HDR-1 wires though :D )

i haven't tested 6600 and N-Gage but I think 6600 is the best of that 2.

because of it's camera and and it was many utilities and the problem like, don't have mp3 player can solve it. Get a prog like UltraMp3 and it was almost the same thing of a mp3Player

The only bad thing about UltraMP3 is that the sound is not stereo.

well, all of the 3rd party mp3 players dun haf stereo.

and i dun tink u can get the mp3 player from ngage to work on other fones, even if it does, u still cant hear stereo sound, unless ur fone has stereo.

i admit, right now the gba-games r better than ngage,

but with titles like ghost recon, COD, PtG, lost kingdoms, ashen,... that is about to change

dude, as long as these things are cracked and freely distributed over the net, people are always going to download them and save them selves some money. its ok you saying to try but thats just not going to happen with the majority of people.
im sure that pretty much everyone on this forum has some kind of cracked or copied software/games/dvd's etc. its the same for every piece of software for series 60 that isnt freeware, people are always going to crack it, and people are always going to find it on the net and download it for free.

as for swappin your n-gage for 6600, id say go for it. havin a camera is always good fun and to record video just makes it better, yeah its not brilliant quality but get flexicam and you got some pretty decent pics. also hasnt got stereo sound, mp3 player and radio. as some people have allready said, just get the radio hands free if you want radio, for mp3 just use ultraMP3, has pretty decent quality even if it is in mono. im not fussed at all that its only mono, as long a si can listen to my music out and about im happy. if you desperatly need stereo sound then get an ipod!

it even plays most of the decent n-gage games anyways, even if it aint perfectly smooth quality, im sure you can still enjoy playing it, right?

but at the end of the day, its your call

i dissagree with those saying the picture quality is bad... i think its extremly good!! the video quality could be better but thats good enough too... at the moment, 6600 and 3650 have the BEST cams of all the camphones out.

belive me u get alot of cam quality for the money!
