i had 3 bt devices found max. :sad: all of them in my chooll during assembly time. Once i got my physics teacher's phone, he is kinda modern guy and has his BT always on hehe in the end of the class he was quite anoyed heh as i remember he said "Oh this bloody mobile phones! Bloody technology!" hehe

Just search for BT devices, if there are none they u'll see none, obviously :lol:

Ive only done about 6 or 7. Most devices ive had show up were 4, but ive had more shown up when using BluejackX (just use it for searching since it does nothing else).

i hav a bluejackx0.9 installed on my fone, but.. im not using it, thats becoz dont know how, it just simply counts the bt device around me and thats it and when i start bluejacking, it only say "info: not implanted. ahh help? :-?

Theres usually a text file comes with the SIS program. In the text file reads:

To Do List:
Bluejacking...

So...I guess that function isnt completed yet. Apparently the direct message works in this version but it just gives me errors and sometimes crashes my phone. I doubt V1 will be out for quite a while yet, or maybe even never.

10m radius is a 20m diameter, which is quite a large area. I managed to pick up 9 devices in my local PC World, and that was all the PDA's and things, yet I was a fair way away from them. I can imagine in a large space with loads of people, 19 isn't that much... Imagine some sort of technology show. You would pick up loads there.

and there was some talk of fones on displays in shops, like ngage, they authorized their own fones, (use a diff name for their own bt fones of coz), den when ppl are playing that fone, send a scary msg like "Illegal Operation" or sth.

btw, i nv tried blue jacking b4, coz most bt fones are nokias in my place, which need authorization, and nv gets authorized :( but i might try some more, mayb im lucky to get a sony ericsson or sth, hahaha.

What we did when the Ngage first came out, was send some porn via bluetooth to a demo Ngage in a shop, and replace the background with the porn we has just sent. A bit irresponcible, but it was funny...
