Smartmovie Divx 5.1.1 codec?

Also, why do you want it? I find the quality of the videos on SmartMovie are more than impressive. Its like DVD quality for mobile phones and the sizes arent unrealistic either.

You trying to use Virtual Dub to make Smart Movie video's?
So far I can make the video's but have had no luck with sound, can't get the right encoder. But encoded movies are better using virtual dub.

Well, its not DivX videos which SmartMovie play. Its the extremely similar, but better quality XviD. New codec's do not exist, and in order to play an AVI encoded in DivX, you need more then the codec...Only SmartMovie will let you play these videos - it uses the codec for it.

the codec on their website includes DivX AND XviD codecs (for ur mobile) and ull need it in order to use the program unless u dont compress it, which is highly not recomanded as the size gets extremly big

when converting with the smart movie converter i can get sound but i can't get any picture. i am using the divx 5.11 codec. what am i doing wrong.

I don't think there is a divx5.11 codec. use the one from their codec download site. It's Divx 3.? I think.
