Wap for 6600 UK

the wap on my 6600 is amazingly slow!!! my contract doesn't allow me to use GPRS and the O2 website doesn't display the wap setting for a 6600 so i had to download the settings for a similar nokia (not a s60 tho!). does anyone know the wap settings for a 6600 o2 contract in the UK????

Is the 6600 wap modem just really rubbish?

well, u can try asking ur telco to send u the settings.

i presume you just download the settings for 3650/N-gage dont matter which, im using wap fine on my N-gage, if your on contract then you should have access to the O2 mobile web aswell which is really cool especially on my XDA-II

To be really honest, O2 GPRS is less reliable than WAP. You are better off sticking with wap.

Cheers guys it's slightly quicker now.
Now it's working properly, what are the best wap sites: for ringtones/adult content ( :lol: ) downloading free software/etc...

The thing i use all my wap for is instant messaging via agile messenger and email. The adult entertainment isn't bad... ;)
