dead MC3000, 3020

hello,
can anyone help me in bringing my sagem mc 3000 and mc 3020 back to life. the phone suddenly stopped charging and wont Power-ON when i power the cell phone. i have worked on the battery, even had to buy a new battery but the set wont come on.
it will be highly appreciated by me if i get a good reply/hint soonest.

clean the contacts on both the phone and the battery and if this does not work the only way to get it to work is to use the new sagem flasher. this will repair the phone but is expensive just now. but that is the only methodes i know that will get the phone to work again.
