problems with sending mp3 or larger capacity files over bluetooth

I have this problem here. I can't send mp3 files or other large capacity files over bluetooth. Whenever I try to send such files using FExplorer, I came across an error message 'Not Enough Memory to perform operation. Delete some files first'. I still have an unused 6MB in my card. Can anyone help? :-?

i used to use a 3650 so forgive me if i get it wrong.... usually when u send something tru BT, it goes into the phone mem... so u have to go to messenge settings and change the mem used to mmc mem instead of phone mem... it should be under messenging> settings> others

Yeah, same problem with me. Tried to send a 5mb mp3 file via bluetooth but got error "not enuf mem...", I chose MMC as destination and still has 12mb free mem in my mmc. This could be a bug and firmware upgrade might solve it. :-? :-? :-?

Yeah, you can do it through nokia phone suite, or you'll need an MMC reader. Phone suite works but takes ages...

well, try selecting the inbox to b stored to mmc in the recipent's fone. i haven got a prob sending mp3s that way wif my mate.

Thanks peeps... i changed the phone setting for files to be stored and set via the card's memory and it worked...just that if ur card memory is less than that of the file you're trying to send, you'll face the same problem as well =)

if you use n-gage that cannot change message settings for MMC you can use ProfiExplorer, you don't need to use MsvDrvE.. with profiExplorer you can send big file !! cheers !! :D
