And also, if u do hard reset, does ur sim card or mmc have to be in the phone?? Does the phone have to be on, I mean powered on and workin the OS??
Thanx again!

well, a hard reset is useful to clear out garbage and undesirable stuff, or errors on fone.

troublesome part is, u haf to back up ur contacts and stuff. of course u need ur sim in ur fone, else u cant get to the menu to enter the format code *#7370#.

u can take out ur mmc when u format thou, but even if the mmc is in, it wun b formatted, the format code is for the fone only. formatting the fone will make it become like it was initially when u 1st bought it.

and its advisable to format mmc too if u format the fone.

So, do u think I should do a hard reset??
I don't have any contacts on my phone yet, all the other stuff is useless to me!!
What's the worst thing that can happen, if I charge my battery and plug the charger in??
Will it make the errors go away??
Thanx!

doctor zee, this hard reset is like formatting ur hard drive on ur pc(erases everything completely), except for mmc, u have to format it urself. Hard reset is just for the fone!
About ur mms, are they on mmc?? Or in the fone memory?
If they're on mmc, it's ok, if in the phone's memory, then they're going to be erased!

depends if mms settings are built into firmware, my 3650 has vodafone live firmware so every hard reset all the settings remain
