theme editor

hi
can someone tell me how to create new themes...i got the theme editor s/w by microform
prob is that i dunno how to resize the images according to its specifications???wat image s/w can i use for it...is there some kind of guide for this???

1. make a .bmp or other picture format of a background, icon, tab etc.
2. open the program
3. click on the picture u want to change and load the bmp file.

thats it. do this on all the pictures u want to change and save it as a .sis file when ur done
