Moto c333 problem with logger.

Hey,
I´ve some bought credits from logger for moto phones and
when i plug this moto c333 for unlocking the prog. says "unknown eeprom layout".

Also I need a flash file for Moto C333 in English, Spanish, Portuguese... any idea where to find it?
