can be called but can't call anyone

I have the problem with my 3650
I can't call anyone (get a busy signal)
and can't send an SMS
but I can be called and can receive SMS's
anybody knoxs the solution to this prob?

could it b that u accidentally changed the fone to b in use wif line 2 instead?

yea he cant. but still check it just to be sure. also, try inserting ur sim card to another fone and see if the problem is in ur fone or the network services.

no wait, i tink i confused myself.... i tink, he set the send own number while calling, to b private or sth??

or forgot, but 1 of them, disables u to make calls, but still receives calls.

Oh, you mean, Use one line for incoming calls, and one for outgoing? Can you do that?

no no, i meant wat caused tis prob, was that he propably selected line 2, or he choose the option to witheld his fone number.

1 thing to try as a last solution, factory reset or alternatively flash the phone.

The only other thing I could think of is that some1's cloned your phone or sim. But I doubt that, I'm betting it's more likely one of the restricted calling features.

I have a similar/same problem. I can recieve calls and SMS and business cards and MMS and ringtones, etc., but cna't send MMS or SMS or make a phone call. I found the solution - buy more credit! :rolleyes:
