hi, could you pls. help me. IT is possible to downgrade 8290 to 8210, so that i can use it here in the philippines?

You can downgrade, but you can get any network if your country SP using GSM1800, 8290 are 1900 phone.

So does that mean it will work if the country SP is using GSM 1800 ???????
