.avi problem with PC Suite for Nokia 6600

It forcfully coverts the .avi file to.3gp?? what should i use to send avi file to phone without this problem :-?

well, explore ard the settings, to change it, so it wun convert.

or, dun use pc suite to send, juz right click, send to via bluetooth or irda.

that setting isnt there and when i try send right click it goes to phone memory and i dont have enough space :-?

In PC suite, go to "Control Panel" then double click on "File Converters".
From the drop down menu select "None". Now it won't convert any of your files.

I have been advised to use a card reader with pc due to phone only having a max 6mb memory most of which is taken up

Ok guys thanks for your help, done it the "Send to bluetooth" way so yes this is good, also sent one from pc suite after disableing the converters.

Right i dont know if i should start another thread for this, i will see if any replies are forthcoming.

I have got a disk with avi files of movie clips ranging from 50mb to about 120mb, what i need to know is this. Is there a way of converting them back to a format which i can put on dvd to play on my home player.
