Don't write to your one another Flash & especially EEPROM !!!!!!!!
Try to read EEprom by Freia.
Post heare what it's writes!!!!

Maybee u just failed IMEI there is Original IMEI.
Set EEprom IMEI like that one
& it's come alive!!!!!!!

to repair your siemens C55 :

find firmware & eeprom (same version or upper version)
write eeprom & firmware with freia.
make unlock (direct unlock, no map is saved option - check "Use oiriginal IMEI option).

and your phone will be alive.
