7210 does not ring

I have a 7210 that works ok, except thats it does not ring.

Any solution ?

Make sure you did not select the silent mode profile or the incoming call alert to off.

I have tryed in all the profiles
There is no sound in any music

I have also flashed the phone with a new sw version and it´s the same.
It can be a hardware fault ?

Measure the ringer~32ohms....if its good U need to flash it..
