I have a Nokia 3595 that i cannot get the restriction codes for, I'm trying to unlock it for use on the Cincinnati Bell Wireless network, does anyone know where i can get the necessary code?

download the unique calculator from www.uniquesw.com, use asic2, v2 as keycode, your phone is dct4, look for the network code in the roaming section of www.gsmworld.com, then put your imei and try the first code, and if it doesn't work, the seventh code.

Remember that you only have five tries to enter the correct code. If you enter five times a wrong code, it must be unlocked via cable.
