Making use of the memory card....

Could someone please help me.
I am having problems with memory on my N6600. I can't get anything saved to the memory card with the exception of backgrounds and my own photos. MP3's and videos witch I download to PC then transfer via my USB bluetooth dongle can only be saved in the 'My folders' in my Message box. Of course this means my phone memory is nearly full and memory card is nearly empty.
I have tried using 'PC Suite for Nokia 6600' but it refuses to recognise my phone so some help on that would be great.
I apologise if I'm being really thick about this

hello frend.

2 solutions for u.

1) go to messages, options, settings, other, set mem in use to mmc.
this will move all the stuff in messages to mmc, so nxt time u receive a sms, or receive a file that ends up in there, its on mmc.

2) use pc suite and send it direct to the place u wan on mmc. rem to switch off the converter or else pc suite will convert the mp3 to wav for u.

that worked a treat - simply changing the settings.
guess i was being a bit thick.
