Need help with motorola C350e

Hi
I have a motorola C350 e
I use win 98 & ME
I have a USb cable for connection
I ve installed motorola driver.
It shows as 'Motorola USB modem'
I have PST 6.7
it is not detecting my phone
do i need a different ver of PST?
can any1 help?
