i can't start my nokia 3650?

my freind by mistake back up his nokia 6600 back up from his memmory card to my phone and my doesn't start,plz help me. it shows the message that phone start up failed contact your retailer.it gives a message of "app.closed phone DBMS-server 1"
plz help.

when u switch on the fone, try entering the format code straight and format it.

Try entering in Safe Mode , press the pencil button as you start the phone.
