Flight mode not working.

I tried version 1.53 and 1.54 of System Tools. Flight mode doesn't seem to work. The phone says "Insert SIM-card", when i restart after enabling flight mode. My firmware is v4.13 now. Flight mode worked when I had v2.50. Anybody else have this problem?

hmmm... u using 3650?

1.42 works fine on mine last time. i figure, the later versions could b for 6600.

Yes, 3650. Maybe I should try an older version? Has anybody else tried the latest version on 3650?

yes i hav stools 1.53 and i use N3650 flight mode dosnt work

1.42 works. Is 1.53 and 1.54 only for 6600? Stupid to release a version that doesn't work on 3650.

but old versions wun work for 6600. so perhaps, its created for 6600 only.

3650 users can just use the old versions, its not always neccessary to upgrade to newer versions.

i tried version 1.53 on 6600 and it didn't work. the phone still asks for sim card with the flight mode on. i also tried a couple of the previous versions that didn't work either.

Removed 1.52 installed 1.42 (thank god I don't clear down my disk very often) and it works HAHAHA I can play sonic again!

The latest Psiloc System Tools 1.55 does not work in flight mode for 3660. However, the 1.42 still works.

My problem is, although I m able to go into flight mode, I still cannot installed my netfront as my c drive is still low on memory, only 800k plus.

Any idea ??

try moving it to e: with a file explorer, delete the one in c:, then install from the file explorer.

Hi,

Apprecite your reply. However, still no luck for me. Although I did moved it to E drive, the system still extract the file to application manager in drive C for installation. Perhaps the problem can be resolved if the FExplorer managed to install it straight away instead of putting it in the application manager which is in Drive C, anyway.

What is the FExplorer version to use ??

then u might wanna clear or move stuff from phone mem to mmc or something, after u install it, u can then move/reinstall the stuff on phone mem back.

Hmm.. that's sounds a good idea, however, I m not so sure on what can be moved. Perhaps you can advise me on that ?? So sorry as I m a newbie and I only purchased my 3660 for a very short period only.

Also, any idea what is the mem size needed for the installation ?? It's kind of strange as 1.8 MB of free memory doesn't seem to be enough for 1 MB application (NetFront after extract).

u can move all ur images, videos, music files and tones to ur mmc. it is not necessary to bring them back to phone memory after moving. u can also change the settings on recorder, camera and video to automatically save the files to mmc.
