Hi there,

I have 1100 which was dead I flashed it it says insert sim card with the cable but if I remove and put battery it says contact service.

you will need to flash it again but with a clean flash file
and ther reset factory defaults

you loaded a corrupted flash. You will need to flash it again, but with a clean one, and then reset the phone to its factory defaults like crashynot said.

Flash erase file..than flash MCU+PPM..than flash only PPM..should work..

if you flashed it and you did not get any ERROR after flashing
then there is an Hardware problem

try doing a FULL reset on the fone to seee if it wont work
Oh buy the way wat flashing Hardware are you using ??

If U use griffin ..U can flash PM file..which U can download from every good working phone which matches as a RH vertion..than upload to Urs..thats it..

hai,
most of these serious phones don't get network without loading PM files.and set factory default most important.never try to change imie.and cheak ur model is RH18 or RH38 but mostly both are same but dont change
any other.thanks best of luck.
